Steve Warner Photography, a Jackson Michigan photographer specializes in family portraits, senior pictures and wedding photography.

History

I have been a student of photography since 1977 when I moved to Alaska. While in Alaska I had access to a professional photographers studio and developed a real interest in photographing people. Once I retired and left Alaska I decided to pursue a career as a professional photographer. I continued studying and taking seminars in photography.

In 2002, I began my professional career as a photographer at Byerly's Studio, a Jackson, Michigan tradition in photography for nearly 50 years. While with Byerly's I photographed weddings, seniors, groups and families. The photography was done in the studio and on location. While at Byerly's I studied photography under Mr. Gregg Harook, owner of the studio. In December of 2004 Mr. Harook passed away. Rather than keep the studio going under my management I started Steve Warner Photography.

Warner Photography places an emphasis on photographing you, your family or your group at the location of your choice. With weddings I like to combine the traditional with a touch of photo journalism.
